Back in Shape in 10 days

Over the next 10 days we’ll focus step by step on refreshing your tone and finger technique, and getting back in shape. Whether you’re returning after a summer break ☀️ or simply want to work your playing fundamentals, this program will help you find your sound and ease again.

Each day you’ll receive short, practical exercises — not too overwhelming, but targeted. Many of them include optional “advanced versions” for those who want to add an extra challenge.

Whenever you see Ad lib, you’re free to take the exercise further: modulate up or down, repeat patterns, and explore as much as you like.

How It Works

Every day follows a sequence of about 40–60 minutes:

• Warm-up (5–10 min)
• Technical Focus (15–20 min): Sound placement, finger technique.
• Music making (15–20 min): Apply technique to music.
• Cool-down (5 min): Gentle stretches and short reflection.

Do I need to be advanced to join?
No — this challenge is beginner-friendly, but also adaptable for intermediate and advanced players.

What if I miss a day?
No problem! You can repeat or combine days as needed.

Do I need specific sheet music?
No, everything will be emailed to you daily.

How much time should I practice?
Around 25–45 minutes — more if you’d like.
